Payment and shipping methods

Expressed prices in EUR with the equivalent in HRK include VAT and are the same for all types of payments. We have prepared the following payment types for your security and optimum shopping experience:

Payment by card

Card payments are made with the most up-to-date data protection standards in collaboration with contractor CorvusPay. The order can be paid one-off or in instalments, depending on the type of card (Minimum 70 € can be paid by card in 2-6 installments). The instalment payment option only relates to the payment of cards issued by Croatian banks. The card payment option is available for deliveries within the territory of Croatia, as well as for all other EU countries to which deliveries are made from the dijana-tosev.hr  web shop.

One time card payment

Payment can be made with MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and Diners.

R1 invoicing

• R1 invoicing for all forms of payment is possible. The R1 account option is selected when selecting a payment method with all the necessary information for issuing an R1 account. R1 invoicing is currently available as an option only to legal entities registered in the Republic of Croatia. Due to legal regulations, we are unable to issue R1 invoices afterwards.

HIGH SECURITY AT PAYMENT

• CorvusPay ensures the complete secrecy of your card details from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment information is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes in contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, data is inaccessible even to CorvusPay employees. The isolated kernel independently transmits and manages sensitive data, keeping them completely secure.
• the form for payment data entry is secured with the SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is further protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all the requirements regarding online payment security prescribed by leading card brands, that is, operates in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard for the payment card industry. When paying for cards included in the 3-D Secure program, your bank, in addition to the validity of the card itself, further confirms your identity with a token or password.

Corvus Info considers all information collected to be bank secrecy and treats it accordingly. The information is used solely for the purpose for which it was intended. Your sensitive information is completely secure and its privacy is guaranteed by a state-of-the-art security mechanism. Only the information necessary to perform the job is collected in accordance with the exacting on-line payment procedures.

Security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the current reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, maintaining rigorous access controls, regular security monitoring and due diligence to prevent network vulnerabilities, and implementing information security provisions on a regular basis, maintain and enhance the security of your system by protecting your card information.

Delivery

Delivery is made in the territory of Croatia and in all countries of the European Union.

Free delivery

Delivery for all orders over 100 € is free of charge for the whole Croatia, and the right to free delivery for all EU countries is carried out with orders over 200 Euros.

Shipping cost

Delivery cost for orders less than 100 € is 5 € for the whole Croatia.
Shipping costs to other EU countries is 12 €.

Delivery process and time

Delivery is performed by the contractual partner MBE - Mail Boxes Etc.

The usual delivery time for the territory of Croatia is within 48 hours for orders made on weekdays. For orders placed on Fridays after 11:00 am and on weekends and holidays, delivery time is 48 hours from the start of the first next business day. The stated delivery time is calculated from the moment when the payment is received, unless you choose to pay the payment. In the case of delivery to the islands (Croatia), due to logistical restrictions, delivery is made within 3 to 7 days, depending on the location.

Delivery time for EU countries is 48 hours.

If you would like to arrange a special delivery date, please indicate this when ordering in the ‘Note’ box so that we can convey your wish to the delivery service. Further options will be directly agreed with you by our contract partner.

All products will be protected and packed in quality transport packaging in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal transport manipulation.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment number and tracking instructions so you can check where your package is currently located.

The buyer is obliged to check for any defects when picking up the product and immediately advertise them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or to refuse to take over the consignment showing any external damage. The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note or invoice when picking up the goods, and the delivery service takes them as a receipt of the goods. The Buyer’s signature on the acknowledgment of receipt of the shipment means that the product was taken over without visible external damage.

In case we are not able to deliver the purchased product within the specified time, we will inform you and arrange a new delivery time. In this case, the Buyer is also entitled to terminate the Agreement and refund.
