Certain treatments require regular visits to us, but some solutions are still more permanent. Permanent makeup will speed up your regular routine and reduce the need for daily makeup.

Cancellation Policy

1. Please add your reserved appointment to your calendar.
2. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, and if the reserved appointment precedes a weekend/holiday, please cancel no later than the last working day.
3. The appointment is canceled by calling or sending an SMS message, exclusively to the number 099 8356 064 during the studio's working hours.
4. Please understand that we cannot follow messages on social media.
5. Any appointment that you do not cancel on time prevents us from filling our time, and we will have to count and charge it as a full visit.
6. If you do not compensate for the missed appointment, we will not be able to offer you a new reservation.
